Chef William J. Griffin is a top-performing chef with 14 yrs experience in Food & Beverage Industry. He is highly skilled in Meat and Fish Butchery and Fabrication, professionally trained for classical French cuisine with extensive experience cooking Asian-Fusion style. During the past 5 years, he has cooked for celebrities and VIP guests, and worked with top celebrity chefs including Marc Forgione from Iron Chefs, Jose Garces – the champion of The Next Iron Chef and owning restaurants across the country, Bobby Flay from FoodNetwork, Geoffrey Zakarian – an Armenian-American Iron Chef, and more. Chef William Griffin was also invited to showcase his culinary art at the Taste of Philadelphia by Philadelphia Weekly Event and Philly Style Magazine Hot List Party.

Chef William Griffin used to be the Executive Sous Chef at Central Michel Richard in Atlantic City, specialized in “American cuisine with a French accent”. With his contribution, the restaurant won “The Best Burger in AC” featured in “Atlantic City Weekly” newspaper. From 2008 -2012, Chef Griffin was the Executive Sous Chef at the famous Izakaya Resturant which was awarded “Best Restaurant in Atlantic City 2010” by Philadelphia Magazine. These four years brought Chef Griffin abundant experience of serving creative and artistic Japanese cuisine, sushi and robatayaki.
